1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Million888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at million888.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, claiming any promotion, or using any other feature of the Million888 platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety;
• Are aged 21 years or above;

2 Definitions

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the Million888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be aged 21 years or above. This requirement is strictly enforced. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed and any deposits returned (net of any withdrawals already made), with bonus funds forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one active account on the Million888 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether in the same or different names, and whether or not connected to the same device, IP address, household, or payment method — are prohibited and will result in account suspension of all associated accounts.
4. Personal Registration: Accounts must be registered in your own legal name and used solely by you. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or used by any third party.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously requested self-exclusion from Million888 or any other gaming platform in a manner that would make your use of Million888 a breach of that self-exclusion.
6. Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): You confirm that you are not currently a politically exposed person as defined under applicable anti-money laundering regulations, or that if you are, you have disclosed this to Million888 upon registration.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on the Million888 platform requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or phone number. You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification typically requires:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence — front and back);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence — dated within the last three months);
• A selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face.

Additional documentation may be requested at the Platform's discretion, particularly for high-value transactions or where the Platform has reason to conduct enhanced due diligence. KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

Million888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion. Players who refuse to undergo KYC verification will not be able to withdraw funds from their account.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to access and use the Million888 platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment and lawful gaming activity. Specifically, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• Not attempt to access the platform through automated means, bots, scripts, or other non-human interfaces;
• Not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's servers or infrastructure;
• Not attempt to circumvent any security or anti-fraud measures implemented by Million888;
• Promptly notify Million888 if you become aware of any security vulnerability, unauthorised access to your account, or any error in game outcomes or account balances.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. All deposits to your Million888 account must be made through a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are prohibited. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and BTC/USDT. The minimum single deposit is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the same business day during operating hours. Million888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds.

6.3 Fees. Million888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside our control and for which Million888 accepts no responsibility.

6.4 Currency. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For cryptocurrency transactions, the prevailing MYR equivalent at the time of transaction confirmation is applied. Million888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Million888 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly overridden by a specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Common multipliers range from X10 to X20.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum bet cap applies — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per wager. Exceeding this cap may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Check individual promotion terms for specifics.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted wagering requirements and unclaimed bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from credit). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated "sticky", the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated from it following completion of wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions cap the maximum withdrawable amount derived from bonus winnings. This cap is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

Million888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who attempt to abuse promotions through strategies designed to generate risk-free profits — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play — will have bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts restricted.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the Million888 platform are governed by individual game rules provided at the point of play. In addition, the following general gaming rules apply across all products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently tested for fairness.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules and the settlement terms in force at the time of bet placement.
• Errors in odds or payouts — for example, odds published at a clearly incorrect price due to technical error — are void. Million888 reserves the right to correct erroneous odds before or after settlement.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at the Platform's discretion during in-play events.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Million888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Operating or attempting to operate multiple accounts;
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen payment credentials or unauthorised credit/debit cards;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals;
• Any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software, bots, or AI tools to play games or place bets;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or anti-fraud measures;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in games — any bugs discovered must be reported to support immediately;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards customer support staff or other users.

Million888 employs advanced fraud detection systems. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, the Platform may freeze the relevant account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

10 Responsible Gambling

Million888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. Access to real-money gaming on the Platform is strictly limited to players aged 21 years and above.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Million888 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, game mechanics, trademarks, logos, and the "Million888" brand name — is the exclusive property of the Platform operator or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software;
• Use the Million888 name, logo, or branding in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Million888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereof;
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, or data transmission delay;
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental actions, or internet infrastructure failures.

Where a limitation of liability is not permitted by law, Million888's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Million888 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

Million888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion);
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated inactive. Inactive account policies, including any applicable dormancy fees, will be communicated to the email address registered to the account prior to their application.

Upon legitimate account closure where no breach of these Terms is involved, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following KYC confirmation. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Million888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform itself.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Million888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Million888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing fraud.

Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local law in Malaysia, and that their participation on the Platform is at their own risk and on their own account.
